Memo to the Winnipeg Sun’s Kevin Engstrom:
Criticizing the cost of installing new entry signs to the city (a whopping $38,000 for 10 large signs that should last a decade or longer), and suggesting the money should have been spent on road repairs instead is even lamer than the new slogan.
